Starting a 21-day meditation experience

A few weeks ago, I signed up for a free 21-day meditation experience. The program begins tomorrow, and I’m trying not to have too many expectations; I want to let the journey happen on its own.

That being said, I am going to try journaling throughout this experience not only to see my mind from a different angle, but to hopefully keep myself accountable.

I am aiming to get up at 6 a.m. and practice in the morning. Depending how well that goes, I may add some yoga after. I’ve been wanting to do yoga in the mornings for a while, and maybe this will help me get out of bed!

Other than that, I’m hoping to lean on a few others who have also decided to take this journey, to share thoughts, feelings, questions, and to be accountable to each other.

So, here goes nothing, or everything.
